Chris is co-author of five Shingo award-winning books, including Leading Excellence: The 5 Hats of the Adaptive Leader, and editor of Enterprise Alignment and Results.

Stephen is a transformational leader with over 20 years’ experience across Australia and Europe. A Shingo Institute Academy Member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Cardiff University). Stephen has led high-performing teams across banking, financial services and mining, driving sustainable growth and customer-focused cultures. Dr Indrajit Ray
Dr Indrajit Ray is a passionate advocate for developing people and evolving organisations through human-centred transformation. With over 20 years’ experience, he leads enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence, aligning people, processes and performance to deliver sustainable results. He works across all organisational levels and holds a PhD in Process Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
