A certified Shingo Institute Academy Member and Faculty Fellow, he works with executive teams to embed cultures of continuous improvement. Chris is co-author of five Shingo award-winning books, including Leading Excellence: The 5 Hats of the Adaptive Leader, and editor of Enterprise Alignment and Results.

Stephen Dargan 
Stephen is a transformational leader with over 20 years’ experience across Australia and Europe. A Shingo Institute Academy Member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Cardiff University). Stephen has led high-performing teams across banking, financial services and mining, driving sustainable growth and customer-focused cultures.
