I have decided to write my story with the intension that it might help someone else that’s been struggling to get help with depression/anxiety, bipolar disorder or addiction. It’s been a difficult decision to make as I live in a relatively small town, and I know it won’t take long for the word to get around! Also, I have two businesses which I really don’t want to suffer as we’ve just gone through the COVID19, corona virus years which have been really tough on my businesses, along with many others.
